You will receive hands-on treatment from partners: Gay Woodhouse and Deborah Roden.
Gay Woodhouse was a federal prosecutor (Assistant United States Attorney) and the Wyoming Attorney General. She is the founding member of the firm with a solid grasp on the nuances of both the State and Federal judicial system. She has practiced law for 31 years.
Deborah Roden clerked for a United States Federal Magistrate Judge before coming to work in this law firm. She has experience in complex federal court cases as well as state cases including the criminal and civil arena. She also has a reputation for her excellent work in the area of subdivision law and regulation, including drafting and enforcement of covenants. She has practiced law since 2004.
Working closely with the partners are two outstanding associates: Monique Ojeda and Tara Nethercott
Monique Ojeda has practiced law since 2004 and has developed an expertise in landlord-tenant and divorce matters. She is also vigorous and respected in the areas of collections and _____. One of her legal opponents recently described Monique as someone who left “scorched earth” in her wake. We consider that a great compliment.
Tara Nethercott is a recent graduate of the University of Wyoming College of Law who has hit the ground running. She is an accomplished researcher and writer and has already been in the courtroom a number of times. She does great work and takes every matter seriously, dedicating herself to the client.
We pride ourselves on our professionalism and legal expertise. We enjoy working in any Courtroom and are very effective there as well as in negotiations.
